Shortage of Crickets Looming in the US?

With the continuance of the virus which is killing the crickets in the US, a shortage is inevitable.

 See the story below from 2010 but I have been told the virus is continuing to spread:

"Drion Boucias, an entomology professor at the University of Florida, told the Sentinel that there’s not a known cure for the virus, which has caused a nationwide shortage of crickets"
